Weekly Practice Schedule Update

July 13-19th: Week 2 of Championships!
This week we will be hosting regularly scheduled practices Monday through Friday for all swim groups. Divers will attend practices Monday-Wednesday.
Beginning Thursday our divers will be competing in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida at the AAU National Championships. Friday will start the first day of LC Summer Champs for our swimmers.
There will be NO PRACTICES on Saturday.
